This is 2197 Otter Point Rd, the former golf course clubhouse and pro-shop. I’ll update the post with the current Google Streetview image of this location.

I am not sure that the golf course exists any longer but my guess is that this is the Clubhouse for what used to be ……………………………………………………….

The last time I was in this building was over 10 years ago when it was a restaurant.

Your clue that it was outside or Greater Victoria Helped with this one.
